Refund Policy

  1. Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from Order Exotic Snacks. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and unused. Please contact our customer service team at orders@orderexoticsnacks.com to initiate the return process. All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the item being received.

  1. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a reasonable time, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  1. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  2. Exemptions: Certain items, such as limited-time products or seasonal items, may not be eligible for a refund. We will make this clear at the time of purchase and on the product description page.
